NMI graduated from Ofex without raising any cash, though the plan is to go back to the markets when market conditions improve. The company was formed by the integration of digital services group Domino Creative Sciences and marketing consultancy ThirteenTen in February 2000. It then reversed into Ofex-listed multimedia design firm Nautilus that April. The idea is to take advantage of the fragmented London marketing scene through acquisition and use of the company's digital technology, which enables it to offer 'brand solutions' across the range of old and new media.
