Under the terms of a partnership agreement, Atlantic has taken a 6.4% stake in Aim-listed internet hosting and services provider Magic Moments (to be renamed Host Europe) for £2.5m, valuing the company's shares at 4p. The agreement will expand Atlantic's offering of web hosting services to its SME customers while opening up Magic Moments' 22,000 SME customers to Atlantic's broadband offering.
