Abbot announced good news on two fronts. Its subsidiary KCA Drilling has been awarded a significant three year platform drilling contract in the North Sea by Total Oil Marine. Furthermore, OIS International Inspection, another subsidiary, won a two year contract for Talisman Energy that includes inspections on several offshore and onshore sites.
