Kalahari’s 36 per cent-owned associate, Extract Resources, has produced its best drilling results to date from the Ida Dome uranium project in Namibia. The latest results, from an area called Garnet Valley, show increasing uranium grades at depth. The drilling programme is moving at a faster pace than in previous months and the company expects to announce further assay results on a regular basis and deliver a maiden resource statement early in 2008. The shares, tipped here in August at 26.5p, picked up 3p last week to 24p. Hold.
