The rumour mill has it that Circle Oil will announce the acquisition of a substantial oil field in northern Iraq within the next two to three weeks. I tipped the shares here in late January at 32.5p, since then they have run up to the high 30s only to slide back to the current 33.75p. If you are not already in, you might consider adding some to your portfolio. If you are in, stick with it.
