Coin dealer Noble Investments UK has been a sterling performer since I recommended it here it in 2003 and early 2004 at 32.5p and 44.5p respectively. The shares are now 132p and continuing to look decent value following a massive jump in turnover, a rise in profit from £119,000 to just over £1 million and a trebling of earnings per share to 5.8p a share. This reflects the acquisition of Baldwin’s in November last year and an expansion in the number of auctions held.
Chairman Ian Goldbart says further organic growth is expected in a market for rare coins that is clearly booming. Bolt-on acquisitions are also on the cards. Continue to hold.
