Health and safety compliance specialist Zeta Compliance Technologies is floating on PLUS this week.
The company, which has contracts to monitor water tanks and other equipment for hospitals, banks, universities and other clients to ensure compliance with UK, EU and other regulations, is using St. Helen’s Capital to introduce it onto PLUS. Offering ‘turnkey solutions’ using the ‘latest mobile and web-based technology’, Compliance Technologies is also investigating new areas to apply its expertise.
St. Helen’s, winner of the 2008 Growth Company Award for PLUS Adviser of the Year, plans a PLUS launch for New York-based music producer DRT Entertainment, whose artists include 36 Crazyfists, Gentle Giant, Artimus Piledriver and SOiL. DRT’s founder is Englishman Derek Shulman, who as Simon Dupree was lead vocalist for the Big Sound and other 1960s bands.
