Building materials supplier Ensor has turned in some strong full year figures - strong enough, it seems, to pay a special additional dividend of 0.2p per share. In the year to 31 March, turnover rose 2.5% from £16.14m to £16.54m. The pre-tax profit line was boosted by the sale of fixed assets to the tune of £968,000, with the underlying figure rising by 5% from £716,000 to £752,000. The directors also suggest that they will execute a buy-back and cancellation of some of its shares if it is in the interests of the shareholders in general.
